Forklift Driver / Packer – 1st Shift Location: Livonia, MI Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Forklift Driver / Packer to join our team at a busy packing facility in Livonia. This position primarily works on 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Part-time hours may also be available based on business needs. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards. Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred. Forklift certification is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Warehouse, packing, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Schedule 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Part-time hours may be available.
