## Regional Field Operations Manager - Alternative BrandsApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: OT166: DTH - HOUSTON, TX 1289 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX, 77055 USA: OT172: DVA - Glendale, CA 3041 ROSWELL ST, LOS ANGELES, CA, 90065 USA: OT703: SOZ, Urban Service AZ 2120 E 6th Street, Suite 13, Tempe, AZ, 85288 USA: OT700: TDZ, Urban Service TX 3901 E Plano Parkway, Unit A721, Plano, TX, 75074 USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 20160685**Date Posted:**2026-05-27**Country:**United States of America**Location:**OT166: DTH - HOUSTON, TX 1289 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX, 77055 USAUrban- Amtech is searching for a highly motivated Regional Field Operations Manager to provide direction, support, and leadership for all field operations within our alternative brands portfolio.**Essential Responsibilities*** Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the service, modernization and repair colleagues* Responsible for the quality of all service and repair field operations for the operating area; inclusive of ensuring we have the appropriate allocation of resources to meet our customers' needs* Investigate and resolve all critical customer issues* Advocate for usage of digital tools and applications for our service, modernization and repair colleagues* Lead process workshops and ensure strict adherence to service, modernization and repair processes* Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports* Assess improvement opportunity patterns and determine solutions to ensure service, modernization and repair projects are completed to satisfaction and within reasonable timeframe**Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred**Basic Qualifications*** 5+ years elevator industry experience required* Management experience required* Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment* Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers* Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities* Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software* Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills**Work Location and Travel*** The ideal candidate will live in the Southwest United States, preferably near an office location.* This role will require significant travel between branch locations and job sites* This role is hybrid in nature, with minimal remote work opportunities; however, fully remote work is not available.*The salary range for this role is $155,000-$190,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
