PatentVest seeks a US Patent Agent to join our prosecution team. This remote, Central America–based role begins as a Legal Assistant supporting registered patent attorneys, with a path to independent patent agent work after USPTO bar completion. You will receive dedicated study time, exam-fee reimbursement, and mentorship as you progress. In the first 6–12 months you’ll learn US patent prosecution mechanics, draft filings and responses, and study the MPEP and 37 CFR parts under supervision while #J-18808-Ljbffr MDB Capital Group
