Assistant Commercial Account Manager
Are you a skilled insurance professional with a Texas Property & Casualty License and a knack for client management?
Our client, a respected firm in the property & casualty insurance sector, is looking for an Assistant Commercial Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kickstart client renewals early by ordering loss runs and prepping necessary documents.
- Maintain and update important expiration lists.
- Support setup of InsurLink and Agency Zoom platforms.
- Prepare insurance schedule summaries for Account Manager reviews.
- Manage Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Endorsements, and Cancellation requests via AMS360 and DocuSign.
- Assist in draft proposals for new and renewal policies.
- Verify policy accuracy against quotes and binders, promptly flagging any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters.
- Use carrier online rating tools for quotes and endorsements.
Requirements:
- Texas Property & Casualty License (required).
- At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player mindset.
- Experience with AMS360 is a plus.
