Join us in our mission to transform homes and enhance lives.Responsibilities:Collaborate with our design team to bring their vision to life, including custom pieces such as cabinetry, shelving, and furnitureConstruct and install framing, drywall, trim, and finishesWork with our project management team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgetMaintain and repair existing structures and fixtures as neededKeep an organized and clean work area, including tools and equipmentAdhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and othersProvide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the projectRequirements:At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter, preferably in a residential settingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machineryKnowledge of construction materials, methods, and codesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePay: $35 - $45/HR
