We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong passion for food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
