Job Details Field of work: Sales, Marketing & Market Access Application deadline: (not specified) Location: Baltimore, 21201, Maryland, United States Contract type: Permanent Job ID: 4669 Role Description We’re looking for a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to represent LEO Pharma Inc. within an assigned territory, maximizing product sales by conveying the value proposition of our dermatology portfolio to stakeholders. The role will target and promote LEO therapeutic products to dermatologists, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers to grow the LEO business and achieve company objectives. This is a field-based role covering Baltimore, Washington, and Rockville territory. Responsibilities Build strong and effective relationships with HCPs (nurses, office staff, pharmacists) within the assigned territory Differentiates product value proposition to all healthcare providers and stakeholders, developing and maintaining product advocates Articulates features of LEO Pharma’s portfolio, including approved uses, benefits, safety, and efficacy, emphasizing optimal patient profiles Gathers market intelligence continuously and adapts sales strategies accordingly Develops a call routing plan that maximizes opportunity to call on targeted customers, achieving designated call expectations for HCP face‑to‑face and retail pharmacy calls Coordinates distribution of product samples and promotional materials Completes required training and administrative duties accurately and on time Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; sales, marketing, or science related degree preferred 5–7 years Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales experience required Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience strongly preferred Experience selling sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable or office administered IC biologics preferred Proven, documented record of consistent sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product‑related information; advanced clinically based selling skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and closing skills; ability to work remotely in a virtual setting Proven organizational, planning, time‑management, and territory‑management skills Must live within reasonable driving distance of territory epicenter and possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to travel within and external to assigned territory; some nights, weekends, and overnight travel as needed Team You will join a collaborative, high‑performing commercial team dedicated to advancing dermatology and supporting healthcare providers. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Value Access, Sales Operations/Training, and Compliance, partnering closely with external healthcare practitioners and office staff. Compensation Base salary range: $125,000 – $165,000 per year. Salary will vary based on qualifications and performance.
