Millwright MechanicSeeking a Millwright Mechanic for global packaging manufacturer in the Warrenton, Missouri area. This position will play an integral role in ensuring our machines and equipment are properly and safely functioning in a safe, fast paced environment. Competitive starting salary (DOE), annual pay increases, excellent medical/dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 401k with company match, generous paid time off, and work with a dedicated and passionate team of leaders.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collaborating with both electrician and mechanical parts within the machinery (conveyors and extruders).Day to day would include anything from troubleshooting machinery to reading blueprints and reassembling parts.Perform industrial electrical working a manufacturing environment.Prompt response required for machine breakdowns.Follow preventive maintenance schedule and work order schedule.Troubleshoot motors, transmission, and conveyors in a way to come up with effective repair strategy.Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components.Install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, slides following the proper guidelines and standardsInstall, examine, replace or repair machines in a timely mannerPerform preventative maintenance to equipment as required, including minor electrical repairs and weldingAdhere to maintenance schedule/plan make recommendations for optimizing schedule to meet cost, quality and service goalsRead and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other possible electrical componentsMaintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systemsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years mechanical or electrical experience.Experience as an electrician in manufacturing environment highly preferred.Skills in maintenance and repair, machining, welding, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics requiredMust be able to work night shifts (hours - 8pm - 8am)Seeking a Multipurpose Mechanic for global paper, plastic, foam packaging manufacturer in the Warrenton, Missouri area.
