Business Development Manager

Strong business development and sales experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver impactful presentations to commercial property stakeholders. Knowledge of commercial landscaping services such as maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and turf/plant health care (or related outdoor services) is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Experience using CRM systems, basic data analysis, and Microsoft Office to track sales activities and prepare proposals. Previous experience in B2B services, construction, landscaping, or property management sales is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
