Position: Accela Functional Lead The Accela Functional Lead is familiar with digital/web services and solutions, ideally involving open source, cloud technologies, and various development methodologies. The candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information for others. The role also requires interrogating reported information and challenging sources when inconsistencies are found. Qualifications Experience working with Accela (or one of its System Integration Partners) in the public sector Experience with COTS Agile Big 4/5 consulting experience is desirable CSM or PMP certification is desirable Compensation and Benefits The salary ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses and participate in incentive plans. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays, and 13 days of accrued PTO.
