• Schedule: 4 10-hour days

Do you enjoy working with both people and animals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction while also supporting patient care behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Process payments and handle invoices
• Clearly communicate hospital policies, services, and pricing
• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas
• Stock supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Perform general cleaning duties, including disinfecting surfaces, laundry, and end-of-day tasks

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• A compassionate, client-focused approach
• Comfort working hands-on with animals
• Basic computer and administrative skills
