As a Customer Service Representative at Core Colorado, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and effective solutions.
• Provide product/service information and assist customers with any issues related to orders or accounts.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
