Who You’ll Work With As a member of Galaminds, which has varied professionals and is driven by an innovative culture, the major businesses, manufacturers, suppliers, and startups in the transportation (passenger cars, heavy duty vehicles, urban mobility, etc.) and industrial sectors are exposed to analysts in our Automotive & Assembly practise (machinery, construction equipment, etc.). You will be a member of a worldwide management consulting firm’s market research team, supporting our clients’ most difficult operational and strategic concerns. What You’ll Do In response to particular requests, you will collaborate with Galaminds consultants to carry out end-to-end research. In this position, you will gather data, information, and analytics to support problem-solving initiatives and focused industry research as well as conduct research on, analyse, and synthesise critical client queries. Additionally, you will combine discoveries by creating final deliverables in Galaminds format using models, presentations, and written communications. As a thinking partner, you will work with client teams and clients. Together with your research colleagues throughout the world, you will gradually build and codify knowledge on fresh, cutting-edge subjects that are important to Galaminds and our customers in the sector. Depending on your skills, you may be hired at the junior capabilities and insights analyst or capabilities and insights analyst level. Qualifications A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institute, particularly in a subject linked to engineering or automobiles 2+ years of professional experience Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or allied sectors is desired, as is market research or consulting Experience working in a research capacity at a think tank, market research organisation, or consulting firm; experience as a securities analyst or industry research analyst at a bank; or employment in any research-related position in business Strong expertise in the automotive sector is desirable. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities Strong command of business language and economic, financial, and economics principles Ability to be proactive and work both individually and as a team Strong computer abilities, including mastery of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Willingness to work in a highly demanding and goal-oriented team atmosphere on a wide range of research subjects Industries Operations Organizational Structure #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaminds
