SNG Media ( is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to develop and close new business in the San Diego area.
Media or advertising experience is not required. We are looking for a motivated salesperson who can find prospects, meet decision-makers, handle objections, negotiate, and turn opportunities into signed business.
This is a performance-driven position (commission base): the more business you close, the more you can earn.(employment type is contractor or part time or full time)
Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals and present suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet or exceed new-account and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- After closing a sale, work closely with SNG Media’s media team to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent customer service.
- Maintain client relationships and identify future sales or referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close business.
- Experience in B2B, outside sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Comfortable with cold calling, in-person prospecting, follow-up, and rejection.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and results-oriented.
- Able to work on-site and visit customers throughout the San Diego area.
- Experience using CRM or sales-management tools is preferred.
Media, advertising, digital marketing, or technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
This position includes performance-based earnings tied to closed sales. The more customers you sign and the more revenue you generate, the more you can earn.
