Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Implement treatment strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to facilitate client healing and development.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that establish clear, achievable goals and interventions for client growth.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary to maintain client safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of client progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance therapeutic experiences and community support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses available to recognize your contributions.
