Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, using specialized interventions tailored to their unique relational dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address broader family issues, focusing on improving interaction patterns and fostering understanding among family members.

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health disorders, providing appropriate level of care and intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current California licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
