Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health conditions and family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to address unique concerns.

• Designing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of families and individuals, focusing on practical interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Addressing a range of patient concerns including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjusting to separation and divorce.

• Providing continuous support and guidance to clients in crisis, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care pathways that enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a broad demographic of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing mental health challenges that affect the family unit as a whole. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
