Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and psychopharmacological management while continuously monitoring clients’ progress and treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients' immediate needs are addressed effectively.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to discuss and staff cases, sharing insights and recommendations for the best client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation reflects progress and facilitates communication with other care providers.

• Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external organizations, enhancing the effectiveness and reach of treatment services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve represent a diverse community seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in fostering trusting relationships with clients and guiding them through evidence-based recovery processes. By integrating compassion and clinical expertise, you will help clients develop effective coping strategies and promote their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a related field.

• Active licensing in California as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker.

• At least three years of experience working as a licensed therapist, particularly within an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in diagnosing mental health disorders, supported by evidence-based clinical skills.

• Exceptional empathetic and active listening abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge in crisis response and intervention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
