Position Summary Plan, organize, manage, and schedule daily production Ensure timely and schedule completion of products Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed Collaborates with Design and Engineering department to ensure final product execution meets all specification including materials, processes, time studies, and QC Collaborates with all other internal departments including customer service, purchasing, warehousing, and shipping and receiving Ensure quality standards are met and maintained Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management Manage and lead production staff, including hiring, training, and disciplinary action. Facilitate daily and weekly production meetings Responsible for safety, OSHA, labor, compliance and other regulatory requirements Implements "Best Practices" for manufacturing Continuous improvement of employee morale, engagement, and recognition Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Responsible for performance reviews.
