Tooling Technician

A leading manufacturing team is seeking an experienced Tool Technician to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering competitive compensation up to $100,000 per year! In this non-exempt role, you will lead the maintenance, repair, and optimal performance of all injection molding molds, working closely with the production scheduler to manage preventive maintenance and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of injection molding tool and die repair experience,  manual machining abilities (lathes, mills, surface grinders), precision measuring expertise with micrometers and calipers, and hands-on skill in mold welding and hot runner system troubleshooting.
