CNC MILL w/HAAS XP

Location: North Houston, TX (Near IAH Airport)

Shift: 2nd Shift

Overtime: Heavy Overtime Available (Including Weekends)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Tier One Personnel is hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in North Houston near IAH. We are seeking skilled machinists who can perform setups, edit programs, and run parts independently.

This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and significant overtime, including weekends.

CNC Mill Operator (HAAS XP)

Required Experience:

• HAAS Mills (HAAS XP preferred)
• Setup and program editing
• 3 & 4 Axis Vertical Experience
• G-Code Fixtures
• Previous O&G XP

Required Experience:

• Set up and operate CNC mills
• Edit and adjust programs as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain safe and productive work environment
• Work extended hours and weekends as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred
• Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HAAS
• Ability to work 2nd SHIFT
• Must have weekend availability
• Willingness to work significant overtime
