• Set up and operate Amada punch presses to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on punch press equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience operating Amada punch presses or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
