What You'll Do

As a Branch Operations Specialist, you'll be at the center of branch success, helping drive operational excellence, outstanding customer experiences, and efficient shop performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers and sales teams by managing quotes, orders, purchasing activities, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinating inventory management, product sourcing, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborating with production teams to optimize shop workflows, fabrication processes, installations, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Leading branch personnel, including inside sales, shop employees, and shipping/receiving team members, while supporting scheduling and timekeeping activities.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for branch communications and facility-related operations, including IT equipment, contractors, and building maintenance.
• Building strong customer
• and vendor relationships while ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

Position Details

• Full-time position.
• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Work environment includes both shop facilities and customer sites.
