Therapist/Clinical Supervisor specializing in children/adolescents

We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW‑C specializing in Child and Adolescents to join our team in Owings Mills. Ideal Candidate Has a strong resume with at least 1–2 years of experience working in a fee‑for‑service private practice. Maintains a weekly client caseload of 18–20 patients. Thrives in a performance‑based compensation environment. Required Skills/Abilities Master’s degree with current licensure in Maryland as an LCSW and a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. Available to be on‑site 3–4 days per week. Passionate about quality evidence‑based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice. Tasks & Responsibilities Supervision and Consultation Provide clinical oversight to pre‑licensed therapists. Client Care Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in accordance with company policy. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Flexible work‑from‑home options are available. Compensation: $80,000.00 – $93,000.00 per year.
