Job Family:Operational EffectivenessTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active Top Secret SCI with PolygraphWhat You Will Do:Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clientsHave on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clientsResponsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract deliveryAbility to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growthManage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract managementDevelop and mentor more junior staffWhat You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraphBachelor's degreeSEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program ManagerSEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management disciplinePrior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal governmentActive PMP, or equivalent PM certificationWhat Would Be Nice To Have:TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governanceExperience and success with business growthThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
