Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement across multiple digital channels. In this fully remote role, you'll develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop content strategies that increase website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve ROI.
• Excellent written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and marketing attribution models.
• Graphic design or basic video editing experience is a plus.
