About the Role
The Company is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to serve as the senior operating executive, providing the vision, leadership, and operational discipline necessary to guide the organization through its next phase of growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be a highly visible and engaged leader, responsible for aligning senior leadership, establishing exceptional service standards, and fostering strong relationships with the membership. This role involves close partnership with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure that operations, member experience, programming, and service delivery are strategically aligned to strengthen the brand and support growth. Experience in club development within a real estate-driven community is desired, and the role offers the opportunity to grow into a CEO position for the entire project. Key responsibilities for the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer include providing executive leadership for all employees, leading the operational transition, and overseeing the integration of new amenities and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality or private club setting, with a strong understanding of private club operations, member services, and financial management. They should be adept at talent and team development, with the ability to recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team. The role also requires a commitment to service excellence, operational accountability, and the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and industry certifications are encouraged.
