• Recent experience in a large and fast-paced technology organization handling financial management or business support management.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas.
• Proficiency in creating polished and engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
• Leadership and team coordination experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities to ensure financial health across the organization.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Support resource allocation and SOW contracts.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
