Collision Estimator

Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at its Service Center in Addison. The role involves all-purpose duties such as writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork prior to delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and communicating post‑repair plans and status updates while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards. Responsibilities Write vehicle repair estimates and ensure accuracy. Conduct process reviews to maintain quality and efficiency. Check in vehicles, complete delivery paperwork (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration in accordance with policy. Communicate repair status updates to customers regularly. Adhere to all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required. Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Strong sales orientation and ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment. Abilities & Skills Perform consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. Advance understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation and ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
