Estimator (Estimator) Full-Time

Hatco Corporation is an industry leading commercial foodservice manufacturer with several brands under its umbrella. Hatco is seeking a full time Project Estimator to provide quotations and assist in the ordering process for this product category. Duties include assisting and processing quote requests and inquiries for multiple food service, retail, or healthcare projects. Customers will include end users, dealers, architects, general contractors, and a variety of foodservice operators including restaurants, chain accounts, senior living, business in-plant feeding, hotels, hospitals, sports and entertainment venues.

Preparation of price quotes for contract jobs, both bid & negotiated.

Work together with engineering, sales, customer service, and manufacturer reps to assist in coordinating and providing details on jobs.

Order Entry and Purchase Order generation.

Enter quotations into CRM platform, Salesforce, or other.

Assistance with job tracking / acknowledgements.

Directly assist customers and provide training on sneeze guard product line when applicable; Support the ADM team in the same manner by responding to general inquiry phone calls, orders, and quotations.

Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

Must be able to work with Auto Quotes and have business / ERP system experience.

Strong commitment to and supportive of high impact customer service.

Must have Associate’s degree in CAD or similar. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in drafting, estimating, or in a project-based role.

Experience in the foodservice industry, and use of CAD/CREO/REVIT/WINDCHILL or 3D software is a plus.
