In this role you will be involved both in new business opportunities as well as servicing existing long standing clients in a compliance/consulting role. Scheduling in house training, lunch and learns with Associates and all members of the team.Expanding services to existing clientsSupervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firmOverseeing all aspects of the client engagementSupervising, training and evaluating advanced level staffCoaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of their career.Assisting in recruiting, developing training material, and acting as an instructor in professional development programs. Initiating business development activities and developing an internal and external circle of influence; participating in networking events, marketing events, and training.May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.We’re looking for someone who has:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and an advanced degree in a related field.CPA or other applicable license.12+ years of progressive experience in the FLVS industry.Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent fieldExperience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business and generates a minimum of $1.5 million in net new revenue (annually).5 + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associatesBroad background and knowledge in litigation/expert services and the calculation of damages in different types of matters.EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
