The successful candidate will have the ability to work with talented professionals while charting their own path to develop and mutually expand the firm’s footprint. The firm has offices throughout Florida as well as in Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. Interested Candidates must have a demonstrable portable book of business , a desire to expand their practice and 5+ years of experience in any of the following practice areas:

- Admiralty and maritime law
- Appellate law
- Commercial and complex litigation
- Construction law
- Cyber security and data privacy
- Employment related practice and civil rights
- Family law
- Insurance fraud defense
- Liability defense
- Local government law
- Workers compensation

Qualifications:

• Must have a demonstrable portable book of business and 5+ years of experience in their given practice area
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with their respective bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
• Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills
• Must have excellent and effective communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Must be able to handle a caseload from inception through trail
