Annesser Armenteros PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing business litigation practice in Coral Gables, Florida. This is a full-time, in-office position for an attorney who is confident handling complex litigation matters and can take ownership of cases from strategy through resolution. We are looking for a strong litigator who is comfortable working independently, communicating directly with clients, and collaborating with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy and provide sound legal analysis and recommendations. Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral arguments. Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, status, and expectations. Manage deadlines, discovery, case calendars, and litigation workflows. Work closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and other members of the legal team. Exercise sound judgment and take ownership of assigned matters. Maintain accurate and timely time entries and case documentation. Assist with mentoring and providing guidance to junior attorneys and litigation staff. Qualifications Florida Bar admission in good standing is required. 7+ years of litigation experience preferred. Significant experience handling business and commercial litigation matters. Strong deposition, hearing, motion practice, and trial experience. Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, responsive, and client-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment.
