Remote Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Litigation Attorney, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring junior attorneys, and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work for institutional clients. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid opportunity, where the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of contested foreclosure matters and related litigation, with a strong focus on courtroom advocacy and strategy. Lead all aspects of foreclosure litigation, including contested hearings, trials, mediation, and motion practice.

Supervise junior attorneys or paralegals and train/mentor as needed.

Draft, review, and argue legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and documentation integrity.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting foreclosure and creditors’ rights practice.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Miami, FL 33161

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• 7+ years of litigation experience (preferably in foreclosure, creditors' rights, or R.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing contested foreclosure matters and related litigation preferred.
