PIA P&C Support Specialist (Tier II)

We're seeking a customer-focused insurance professional to provide advanced support to internal teams and external clients across a broad Property & Casualty portfolio, including Workers' Compensation, ERISA Bonds, BOP, and EPLI. In this role, you'll combine strong insurance knowledge, problem-solving skills, and relationship management to resolve inquiries, support technical products, and help deliver an excellent client experience. What You'll Do Provide knowledgeable, responsive support by handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls related to Property & Casualty products and Workers' Compensation Payment Services. Investigate, research, and resolve complex product, service, and technical questions, escalating issues to appropriate technical or professional teams when needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate and timely communication. Use multiple software applications, carrier and bureau websites, HRIS, and online reporting systems to research information and respond effectively to client needs. Stay current on insurance industry developments, regulatory and policy changes, and product updates while contributing to process improvements, projects, and training initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in customer service or insurance.
