Executive Technology and Cyber Security Support Specialist

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Support and Residential Cyber Technology Analyst to join a highly visible team entrusted with providing secure, white-glove technology support to senior leaders. This role combines day-to-day executive technology support with field-based visits to senior leader residences to deploy, remediate, and support approved home-network and cyber protection solutions.

This role goes beyond technical troubleshooting. It requires a polished, proactive professional who can protect executive productivity, translate technical risk into clear guidance, and work with discretion in both corporate and residential environments. The analyst will serve as a trusted technical contact for leaders, their offices, and approved household proxies while coordinating closely with Cybersecurity, Corporate Security / Executive Protection, and third-party providers.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the dedicated white-glove technology and remediation cyber partner for senior executives
• Resolve high-visibility technical issues in real time, with zero tolerance for downtime
• Lead post-incident reviews and brief technology and business leadership on findings
• Build white-glove service standards, runbooks, and executive onboarding playbooks
• Liaise between executive support staff and operations teams to ensure clean escalation and coverage
• Deliver white-glove remediation at the executive's home, office, or while traveling as issues arise
• Maintain the security and compliance of executive endpoints, mobile devices, and home networks
• Execute in-home remediation plans following cyber analysis of an executive's personal environment
• Assess and harden home networks — routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi segmentation, IoT and smart-home devices
• Pilot new collaboration, A/V, and endpoint technologies ahead of broad deployment
• Set and meet executive service metrics for response time, first-touch resolution, and meeting-start success
• Direct daily risk and control operations, including access, asset tracking, and audit readiness
• Make sound judgment calls under pressure when standard procedures don't apply
• Coordinate white-glove coverage across locations and time zones for high-stakes events
• Review, approve, and implement changes to support plans, refresh cycles, and coverage model
• Partner with executive admins, facilities, cyber, and application teams to resolve issues
• Mentor engineers on the discretion, communication, and executive presence the role demands

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

• 5+ years of experience securing consumer and prosumer home networks, including router/firewall administration, VLANs, guest-network segmentation, VPNs, and Wi-Fi optimization.
• 3+ years of experience implementing endpoint security controls, including EDR/antivirus, MFA, password management, device hardening, and secure configuration across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Demonstrated experience translating cybersecurity assessments and analyst findings into actionable remediation plans and successfully executing risk-reduction measures.
• Working knowledge of smart-home and IoT security, identity protection, privacy controls, and digital footprint reduction strategies.
• Experience supporting executives or high-profile individuals in sensitive environments, with a proven track record of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience providing white-glove IT support to C-suite executives or other senior leaders

• Experience managing VIP incidents and escalations with urgency, discretion, professionalism, and clear ownership

• Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Experience with video conferencing and meeting-room technologies such as Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting consumer or prosumer networking and connected-device equipment in residential environments

• Ability to follow approved security, privacy, safety, access, documentation, and escalation procedures during residential engagements
• Ability to coordinate access and scheduling through executive assistants, chiefs of staff, or other approved contacts and minimize disruption to the leader and household
• Support executive meetings, events, travel, and day-to-day technology needs without disruption
• Partner with internal technology, Cybersecurity, Corporate Security / Executive Protection, and approved vendors to deliver secure solutions and close open actions
• Document solutions, remediation activities, risk decisions, and reusable knowledge accurately and promptly

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel to senior leader residences within the United States, including periodic overnight travel based on business need

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, provide on-call coverage, and align residential visits with senior leader availability

• Ability to work onsite and maintain regular in office presence. (when not traveling or performing approved field work)

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $120,000.00 - $196,000.00
