Virginia State University (VSU) is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (BA) to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solution requirements to improve efficiency and productivity within the institution. 3 days onsite required

Required/Desired Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights - Required - 10 Years
- Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and/or user stories in Waterfall and Agile project environments - Required - 10 Years
- Experience developing business process models - Required - 7 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders - Required - 5 Years
- Proven ability to work independently with some guidance on assigned work product - Highly desired - 5 Years
- Extensive experience creating test plans and test cases - Highly desired - 5 Years
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations - Highly desired - 5 Years
