Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference this upcoming school year by supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic Florida educational setting. This contract opportunity is based on-site, offering up to 35 hours per week at one dedicated school location within either Golden Gate City or Immokalee. You’ll provide direct speech services and conduct evaluations, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to foster communication skills and student growth.

What you bring:

• Active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Strong experience providing services in school settings (K-12 preferred)
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to on-site work—virtual service delivery is not available
• Up-to-date fingerprint clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to complete new prints
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff and families

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary, middle, and high school-age students
• Evaluate students’ communication needs and develop personalized intervention plans
• Complete all documentation and progress reports in a timely, compliant manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, student staffing, and collaboration with teachers and parents
• Adhere to all district policies, safety requirements, and credentialing guidelines (JLA badge required after fingerprint clearance)
• Support students’ educational and social development through targeted services

This is a contract-based position aligned with the academic calendar, beginning August 11, 2026, and running through May 27, 2027. You’ll enjoy working a consistent weekly schedule (up to 35 hours per week) with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for students.
