Billing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join a busy ophthalmology practice in Plantation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of medical billing experience, with a strong understanding of ophthalmology and surgical billing processes. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of medical billing experience in a medical practice Experience with ophthalmology billing preferred Knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance plans, and surgical claims processing Familiarity with insurance authorizations, referrals, and eligibility verification Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
