Remote Customer Success Associate

To support a growing user base, the Remote Customer Success Associate will be responsible for onboarding new members, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with users in a flexible part-time or full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Be the first point of contact for users, responding to questions and troubleshooting issues Onboard new members by guiding them through initial steps and demonstrating value Monitor user health signals to identify disengagement and proactively reach out to prevent churn Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a relationship-heavy role Genuine enjoyment in engaging with people and solving their problems Strong written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and warm emails Organized and responsive, with the ability to manage messages effectively Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first environment
