This is a hands‑on leadership role for a technically sharp professional ready to build and support a national technician network. You'll bring deep mechanical and electrical knowledge to the field, develop talent, and serve as the technical backbone of a growing service organization. Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of field service technicians nationwide Build and deliver technical training programs, instructional materials, and hands‑on learning experiences Provide real‑time troubleshooting support to technicians in the field and remotely Conduct site visits to inspect quality of completed field work Facilitate safety training in accordance with OSHA standards Partner with Engineering and Production to stay ahead of new products and installation methods Qualifications 5+ years of experience in field service or technical customer‑facing roles Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability Proven track record developing and instructing technical teams Confident communicator comfortable presenting to groups and cross‑functional stakeholders Proficiency in field service management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel approximately 25% Familiarity with learning management systems a plus Interested and ready to learn more?
