Head of Service Operations

Head of Service & Aftermarket Parts Operations This role is in the Industrial Automation Machine Industry, Industry experience is preferred We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader to build and grow a high-performing Service & Aftermarket business within a global OEM environment. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on: Owning service revenue, margin, and P&L performance Growing recurring revenue through service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and lifecycle upgrades Building structure, KPIs, and scalable service processes Leading and developing field service teams Improving technician utilization, customer support, and aftermarket profitability Partnering with global teams to strengthen service strategy and execution Ideal background: 7+ years in industrial automation, OEM machinery, or technical service leadership Proven experience growing service revenue and improving margins Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems Experience leading field service teams This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and scale a major growth area of the business with direct visibility and impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr STEM Talent Solutions
