This includes capturing photos and videos of the community, amenities, resident events, model homes, and lifestyle moments that showcase the property in a positive and on-brand way. Leasing Professionals are responsible for using social media efforts to help drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and create interest in the community through consistent posting, timely engagement, and authentic online interaction.Responsibilities also include responding to comments and inquiries as directed, promoting specials, events, and availability, identifying content opportunities, and collaborating with management and the marketing team on campaigns and brand initiatives.
