THE PURPOSE: True Religion’s Growth Marketing team moves fast across paid media, retail campaigns, and emerging channels like TikTok Shop, and this role exists to keep the operational engine running underneath all of it. Over a focused three-month engagement, you’ll own asset trafficking, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination, work that frees senior team members to stay heads-down on strategy and channel growth. You’ll be the steady hand keeping agencies aligned and timelines on track, while making sure every campaign is ready to launch without last-minute scrambles.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):

• Own end-to-end asset trafficking: manage agency submissions, coordinate with the copy team, and make sure every asset is accurate and launch-ready before handoff.
• Support creative brief preparation by populating and formatting briefs in our established templates, so the creative team has what they need before work begins.
• QA every asset before launch, checking specs, copy accuracy, link destinations, and brand compliance.
• Build and maintain performance reporting for app download campaigns, partnering with our digital agency to track spend, downloads, and attributed sales.
• Track and report on retail store campaign performance, including budget, foot traffic, and sales metrics tied to in-store activations.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between Growth Marketing and the retail store team for campaign support requests.
• Support the early setup and rollout of TikTok Shop as the program scales and priorities evolve.
• Flag risks and delays early, keeping documentation, approvals, and naming conventions organized across every project.
• Take on special projects with senior leadership as priorities shift, sometimes involving sensitive or time-critical work.

YOU ARE: A highly organized marketing operations professional who thrives on keeping asset deadlines, agency communications, and performance reports in sync. You’ve worked in digital marketing operations or paid media coordination; you understand the mechanics of ad trafficking and campaign QA, and you bring a sharp eye for detail to everything you touch. You communicate clearly with internal teams and outside agencies, follow through without being chased, and stay composed when scope shifts, because at a fast-moving brand, it will.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, paid media coordination, or marketing project management (agency or brand-side both welcome)
• Hands-on experience with ad asset trafficking and digital agency coordination, including naming conventions, spec requirements, and campaign setup QA
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build a clean, functional performance report straight from raw data
• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Clear written and verbal communicator, comfortable working across internal teams and external agency partners
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where scope and priorities can shift
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager, even from an observational standpoint
• Experience with creative brief templates or creative production coordination
• Background in retail or store-level marketing campaigns
• Exposure to TikTok Shop or creator commerce

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION

• Compensation: The anticipated pay rate for this role is $55-$70 per hour, based on experience, for approximately 30-40 hours/week. This is a temporary, non-exempt contract position expected to run approximately three months. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected pay for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
• Work Model: This is a temporary, three-month contract role with a flexible location; remote work is supported for the duration of the assignment.
