Regional Sales Specialist
Zimmer Biomet
Paragon28, a Zimmer Biomet orthopedic company, seeks a Regional Sales Specialist in Colorado to support field sales operations through order processing, case management, and customer service for foot and ankle medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Process orders via phone, app, or email within four hours of receipt
- Assist regional sales coordinators with loaner scheduling, surgery coverage, and field transfers
- Review cases for accuracy, document errors, and communicate findings to relevant teams
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays for field sales representatives
- Handle routine customer complaints related to orders, credits, shipping, and product issues
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent; four-year degree preferred
- 1+ years sales support, customer service, or customer-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with problem-solving ability
- Experience with SAP ERP system preferred
- Medical device company experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $25-27/hr W2
