You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years of office experience (bonus points if it's in financial services!)
• Are a pro with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Concur
• Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken

• Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities while working with a team

Your Responsibilities:

• Team support style of varying levels of seniority in the SF office
• Anticipated hours to be 8am-5pm, however, hours may change based on team needs
• General administrative assistant duties as follows:
• calendar administration and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones
• travel management (domestic and international)
• phone coverage
• expense reporting for team
• inbox cover for EA teammates when necessary
• Liaising with external vendors and business contacts
• Coordination of various office events
• Handling sensitive documents such as legal documents, invoices, presentations and more
• Management of multiple party signatures for various documents
