This role involves greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the healthcare facility. English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Clerical : Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Primary Job Duties Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Provide information to patients and visitors regarding services offered. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
