This includes all positions within the assembly, sub-assembly, and component build work centers.Job ResponsibilitiesLearn and retain skills and practices needed to complete assembly in assigned areaRead and follow detailed operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etcetera, as required by a particular areaPerform rework, as neededApply feedback or instructions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead, as neededComplete proper forms and documentation (example: defective tags, build book, etc.)Understand, and be able to articulate, the production flow of an assigned product line or areaSelf-check work and inspect prior processesUse basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as requiredMeet production goalsMaintain a clean and safe work areaInitiate process improvementsSupport 5S in work areaCommunicate with manufacturing and other cross-functional teams (engineering, materials, purchasing, sales, etcetera) to resolve issuesWork in close proximity with customer, as neededSolve complex problems with minimal assistanceQualificationsExcellent attendancePositive attitudeStrong and consistent attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to stay on taskTeam orientedCapable of comprehensive listening (understanding the message(s) that is being communicated)Basic computer skills are requiredWilling to: Learn and rotate within all areas and plants (production or materials)Improve self / area / company (including pursuing additional training, if needed)Develop a working knowledge of Spartan's systems (example: AS/400)Able to: Lift 40 poundsWork overtime on short noticeEmbrace changeTerex Corporation is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
