Assembles metal products partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.Job ResponsibilitiesWhile each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or controlled documents.Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.Operates drills, hand/air impact wrenches, and hand tools.Produces a completed unit capable of passing final inspection.Other duties as assignedExperience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, EducationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
