Quality Inspector I

Job Title Quality Inspector – Medical Device Manufacturing Overview The Quality Inspector ensures that all manufactured plastic sheet and roll products meet customer specifications and company internal quality standards. In this role, the inspector performs in-process and final inspections, ensuring that product quality is consistent with regulatory and customer requirements. Responsibilities Perform basic inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Verify compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications. Document inspection findings and maintain inspection records. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality inspection preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
